Vintage URSS Safety Razor

$ 15.43

Category:
A small antique safety razor, the make of which I don’t know. It has a symbol engraved on it, incorporating cyrillic letters, which is why I think it is of Russian or Soviet origin. This is an all-metal 3-piece shaver with a short screw and an open comb. I don’t know if the top cap is original, as it has a notch on one end that usually corresponds to an adjustable razor, which is not the case here. However, it could be a razor made from spare parts, which happened sometime. The razor is in nickel-plated metal, in used condition. Please take a good look at the photos. The razor has a few spots of oxidation, and the screw on the cap seems to have been repaired (it holds very well in any case). This Russian razor accepts standard double-edged safety blades, with a little effort. The razor weighs 58 g and measures 7.6 cm.
