When I saw what a neat item this was, I ordered. It arrived well packaged and at a glance it looks like a handbag in it 13″x11″ size. There is a double stitched strap handle at the top along with the zipper pouch area which can be accessed without opening the blanket; zipper opens and closes smoothly. The flap in front is velcro underneath, so easy to open and spread to the full size of 60″x80″. The item seems well made aside from a few strings that needing clipping with well stitched edging and rounded corners; is lightweight. The top layer of the blanket has a textured feel and underneath is a water and sand resistant coating with some type of very thin padding between these layers. I think this would be a great item to keep in my vehicle for any outings to the park; could be unfolded partially and use for padding on bleachers; and even the beach. States spot clean only on tag, Neat product; very compact and easy to carry.Just a side note: correct descriptions on the webpage should coincide with the information on the product because water resistant is not the same as waterproof; also, it’s misleading to say washable in the description when tag states spot clean…with correct info, I’d rate 5 stars.
