OK so got this about week. When it came no damage to boxes. Opened all looked amazing . Charged it. Was done then it wouldn’t turn on . Didn’t hear the beep after pushing power button. So i need this and no time to replace. So i opened it up to see inside parts. All looked ok . Circuit board plugs all no damage. So sealed it all back up . So one charging prong was discolored. So i did a jump start. With pocket knife prong to other like in a car. To spark it. Pushed power button and beep motors running now. So used it to get pool done for next day. Seems port plug to motor has a short needs jumped everytime. I know this voids my warranty but I needed the pool asap no time to wait on replacement. So I jump it each time . Till I order a new port prongs. Don’t do as me replace it for return. As for the cleaning ? this little guy is like a bottom eating fish . He cleans everything even tiny sand grains. Also parks at edge when dead. I can say this even with problems I faced i buy from company again. As the product is a cleaning monster . I gave four stars because I think the charging port should have a cover . And also that quality needs to check working before packing up. Saves company money in long run. But it happens no worries. If they would send me charging prong free I replace myself . Yes I don’t care about warranty since I did fix it already and opened it. But if u need a simple pool cleaner and at good price this is the one. Buy this little monster eating fish . Enjoy swimming
