Nice folder. Pretty dumb, does exactly what you tell it. The people in my office that use it try to use all sorts of special paper, so it doesn’t work quite so well with glossy paper. We have figured out a few tricks… when using thicker paper, or slightly shiny paper it helps to put a piece of regular paper on the bottom of the stack.just had a couple little weirdnesses, but we have found ways to get around all of them… we’ve folded probably 2-3000 pieces so far and only had 2-3 jams, so overall we love it
